Hi, and thank you for your interest in C&C Cleaning and the house cleaning position. The following is just a little bit of important information we think you should know about us and our company. We’ve been in business for over a decade. We’re big time family people! We’ve been married 16 years and have 3 kids. Our oldest son is 16, our daughter is 14, and our youngest son is 12. We’re Christians and we try to run our company in a way that would reflect Christian values, which means that we strive for professionalism and excellence, with dignity and respect for all people. Our employees are very important to us! We know this is not a glamorous job, and it’s also very fast-paced and demanding. We did all the work ourselves most of the time we’ve been in business so we understand how difficult it can be. We take a lot of pride in what we’ve built, and we want to pass that on to our employees. We believe that our employees will feel that same level of pride if they feel appreciated and cared for. This is so much more than just a job for us. It’s our life, and we very much appreciate and value the hard work of our employees!
There are opportunities for growth within our company. After a team member has been with C&C Cleaning for 90 days, that person is eligible for a pay increase. The amount of the increase will be dependent on several factors, to be determined at that time during a performance review with either or both of us (the owners). There are also other positions that will be available, including Team Lead, Administrative Assistant, Trainer, and others. These positions will have their own salaries and benefits, which are available to any team member that we feel would fit best in those positions.
Our customers are very important as well. We have a specific way of cleaning homes, and we expect all employees to clean the C&C Cleaning way. When you’re in a customer’s home, you’re in their safe place, so it’s very important to treat them, and their property, with respect. You’re not there to make friends or hang out and chat, but you should make them feel comfortable and happy that you’re there. Smile and have a great attitude. Speak to the customer. Say ‘hello’ and ‘good morning’ or ‘good afternoon.’ Be personable. They’re the reason we have a business, and they pay all of our salaries, so we want to keep them happy!!!
